I lost my luggage during my stay at Posada Colchagua, but the owner went above and beyond to help me. She personally called the airline and made sure my luggage was delivered to the hotel. She even treated the delivery drivers to a meal as a gesture of appreciation. The level of hospitality and assistance I received was truly heartwarming. The owner also arranged reservations for wineries, making my experience in wine country even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was fantastic, and the owner made sure my stay was unforgettable. I felt like I was at home with someone pampering me. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient with good restaurants nearby. The added bonus of having bikes available at the hotel was great for exploring the area. I highly recommend Posada Colchagua for a perfect and restful stay.

Got a free glass of wine and a small cheese plate as a welcome gesture. The breakfast was delicious and everything was properly set up. The location is great for visiting the area and very peaceful.
The room was a bit cramped and not as clean as expected, especially the bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, which was the biggest disappointment during our Thanksgiving stay.
